Thank You, Big Business is a satirical mockumentary that follows Frances Francis, the image-obsessed heiress and newly appointed CEO of Francis Foods, as she embarks on a wilderness corporate retreat in Northern Ontario to create the company’s first sustainability plan. Accompanied by a documentary crew, her dysfunctional executive team, and a lifetime of unchecked privilege, Frances is determined to reinvent both her company and her public image. Instead, the retreat spirals into an absurd battle against the Canadian wilderness, office politics, family betrayal, and the limits of performative corporate virtue.

Blending sharp social satire with ensemble comedy, Thank You, Big Business skewers influencer culture, corporate ESG messaging, succession politics, and the modern obsession with personal branding. As alliances crumble, hallucinations spark unlikely moral awakenings, and a family power struggle erupts, Frances discovers that changing the narrative is far easier than changing herself.
